Mold Design

We, at Pacific Master, have always been drawn by innovative culture. We pride ourselves on having a professional designing team of 35 design engineers who have in-depth knowledge and experience in mold design. They are also equipped with a high-end CAD/CAM software system and have expertise in DFMEA and mold flow analysis, feasibility analysis to support mold development, manufacturing, and injection molding for optimal solutions.

Mold Fabrication

Pacific Master is capable of multi-cavity micro precision, double/triple injection mold, die-casting, high gloss and large automotive plastic mold.

Our tooling workshop is equipped with large scale EDM machines, CNC machines, fast wire cut machines, and slow wire cut machines that are operated by highly experienced engineers. 

Metal part Machining

Pacific Master possess a metal part machining workshop equipped with turning and milling machines, Charmilles EDM as well as four-axis CNC machines that can provide precise milling in order to satisfy customer’s requirements of preciseness and at the same time reduce tooling lead time

Mold Trial

To further improve the efficiency in the mold manufacturing and ensure better communication with customers, we have  workshop, especially for mold trial that is equipped with injection machines from 128 tons up to 1000 tons clamping force.

Injection Molding Production

Our injection molding workshop is equipped with machines from 30tons to 1800 tons clamping force.  Our team is proficient in insert mold, overmolding, gas-assisted technology, steam injection molding, double injection, and high-gloss injection. With the experience and solution focused mindset of the team, we ensure that the molding products can meet the strict cosmetic requirements.Our products are widely used in automotive, aerospace, medical apparatus, and household appliances industries.

Painting & Printing

We also possess several painting production lines, including 10 sets of automatic painting devices, a hot stamping machine, a fully closed anti-static painting & assembly workshop, and automatic pad print/silkscreen print equipment which can provide one-stop integrated painting workshop

Product Assembly

The assembly workshop is further equipped with 4 complete assembly production lines as well as ultrasonic welding devices and more.Pacific Master also equipped with 100K-level qualified assembly clean room and auto-smart assembly machines for multi-components.
