100K-level cleaning injection workshop

Pacific Master possess qualified 100K-level injection clean room equipped with all electric injection machines from 85ton to 300ton clamping force.

●  Covers an area of 378 square meters
●  With 11 machines which are all electric injection machines
●  The air in the workshop changes more than 15 times per hour

● 5 sets central feeding system,can feed 20kg materials per hour

Pacific Master has three injection molding workshops,equipped with machines varies from 30tons to 1800 tons clamping force.

Our team is proficient in insert mold, overmolding, gas-assisted technology, steam injection molding, double injection, and high-gloss injection. With the experience and solution focused mindset of the team, we ensure that the molding products can meet the strict cosmetic requirements.Our products are widely used in automotive, aerospace, medical apparatus, and household appliances industries.





Pacific Master has three injection molding workshops,equipped with machines varies from 30tons to 1800 tons clamping force.

We own 3 sets of 280T,1 set 360T double injection(2K) molding machines and 1 set 1000T triple injection(3K) molding machine,which can satisfy clients’ different molding requirement.

Double injection(2K) molding machines are capable of production for parts with two different kinds of reins or two different colors.

Triple injection(3K) molding machines are capole of production for parts with three different types of resins or three different colors.

Double injection(2K) and triple injection(3K) molding process can fulfill better functional requirement,reduce assembly process,save labor cost,shorter production cycle time,etc.,which leads ultimate effectiveness of BETTER QUALITY,LOWER COST.
